Where's the image I need?
If you can’t find the image on the Product Images page, you can look for the image by the Jonathan Green product code number on the Product Images by Number page.
If you still can’t find what you need, contact us.
How do I download the images I need?
Go to the Product Images page or the Product Images by Number page, find the image(s) you need, hover over the image and right click with your mouse. On the menu that pops up, select “Save As…”, then choose where on your computer you’d like to save the image to. Lastly, click on the save button.
If you are trying to download a PDF, such as ad from the Press Ready Ads or an ad to Embed in an Email, just click below the desired ad on the “Click Here to Download” link, and the PDF will automatically download to your computer.
Why are there blank spaces where the image or ad should be?
The images provided are high quality and therefore sometimes take a little longer to appear on the page. Please be patient and give it a few moments. If the image still does not appear, refresh the page.
How do I find out the amount of my available co-op funds?
Contact your sales representative. If you don’t know who your sales representative is or cannot reach them, contact the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark Arlotta: marlotta@jonathangreen.com.
How do I get reimbursed for my ad?
Send co-op claims to your sales representative. Please see the Ad Fund Policy page for more information.
